Meet Melody.

I’m a CrossFit athlete, coach, and trainer who believes strength is built from the inside out. Over the years, I’ve competed at a high level — from CrossFit events to obstacle-course competitions on national television — but what I value most are the lessons learned along the way: discipline, resilience, and the ability to show up even when it’s hard.

But my biggest transformation hasn’t been on a competition floor. It’s been learning how to build myself back up, brick by brick, and discovering that real strength comes from consistency, patience, and self-belief. That’s the approach I bring to every client I coach.
