• Local clients who want hands-on coaching, real-time feedback, and extra motivation to push past plateaus

• Beginners who want to learn proper technique and build confidence in the gym

• Competitive athletes preparing for CrossFit, HYROX, or other events who need targeted programming and coaching

• Pre- and post-partum clients looking for safe, effective training that adapts to their changing needs

• Anyone who thrives in a structured, supportive environment and values accountability from a coach by their side

• Women in transitional stages — including pre/postpartum and pre/post-menopause — who benefit from safe, adaptive training with an experienced coach

• One-on-one or small group sessions tailored to your specific needs (strength, conditioning, mobility, or sport-specific prep)

• Detailed attention to movement quality, safety, and performance goals
